By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

LUVANI offers both pre-order items and on-hand (in-stock) items. Processing times vary depending on the type of item purchased.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made or secured specifically for you.

  • Processing time: 2–4 weeks before shipment

  • This time allows for production, quality checks, and preparation

Estimated delivery times for pre-orders are not guaranteed and may vary due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

On-Hand Items-

On-hand items are in stock and ready to ship.

  • Processing time: 3–4 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier.

    Typical delivery times (after shipment):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

    These are estimates and not guaranteed.

     

    If your order contains both pre-order and on-hand items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless you place separate orders.

    To receive on-hand items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

     

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order weight

    • Shipping destination

    • Selected shipping method

    Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to eligible orders and shipping methods.

     

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

     

    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

    LUVANI is not responsible for:

    • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

    • Delays caused by address errors

    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

     

    Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, LUVANI is not responsible for:

    • Delayed deliveries

    • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

    If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us so we can assist with filing a claim.

     

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

    • Customs processing
